A non-refundable deposit of £290 should accompany the application form on making a booking.
Balance of fees is due by 9th June 2025. Late entries will be accepted if there are vacancies.

A full refund of fees (minus the deposit) will be made on cancellation of a booking before 1st of July 2025.

We recommend that participants take out private insurance.
